My thoughts on it are below, and the answer of course, depends on the three stages of software team maturity.
I also forgot to mention that in the chaos phase you need to discover whether the meeting time is an actual constraint for that person and might change it to fit. but the point is to not waste time in a team meeting when you're in chaos, but to make decisions fast enough so the team doesn't get left behind even more.
