I would substitute satisfied for happy. I can be happy with a good effort, but not satisfied that we've done the best we are capable of.

Thanks for telling me to stay the heck away from Continuous Improvement. I like to be happy (an emotion). I am rarely satisfied (a cognitive acknowledgement), however. So I tend to agree with Alan.
