I'm happy to announce that I am re-publishing the "Notes to a Software Team Leader" as a new book under Manning publishing, re-titled "Elastic Leadership".
The new book will contain a couple of new chapters, regrouping the "notes" chapters under common themes, and extra annotations from me on the external notes, to add where I think they fit into the elastic leadership framework.
The new chapters I will be adding:
- Line Manager's leadership manifesto
- Bus Factors
I am thankful to Manning for publishing my second book after "Art of Unit Testing" 1st and 2nd editions, and hope that the book will end up in the right hands of the right readers who need it most.
